Rotary Vacuum Drum

The READCO Continuous Mixing Processor is designed to mix viscous products on a continuous basis, and is adaptable for a wide variety of mixing operations. This mixer ensures a uniform product without the usual batch-to-batch variations and in less time than conventional mixers. READCO are engineered for mixing, kneading, and extruding an homogeneous mix of the most challenging high-viscosity materials.

Double Sigma Blade Laboratory
When you need a system engineered for the challenges of mixing, blending, and kneading high-viscosity materials in lab quantities, Malaxeurs Guittard has a comprehensive family of solutions. The lab MX Double Sigma Blade batch systems provide complete, homogeneous mixing, even in smal quantities. Our MXE models add an extrusion screw that not only enhances the mixing process but also provides a means to transfe and form the final product.

Vacuum Rotary Disc Filters
The rotary disc vacuum filter operates in a similar way to the rotary drum vacuum filter. The drum is replaced by a series of discs divided into sectors. Its floor-space/filtration-area ratio is its main advantage. With units up to 480m², the Vernay disk filter ought to be regarded as the best solution to perform continuously high solid production on large filtering areas. With reduced investment in equipment, its working and maintenance cost remains the same as for the other vacuum filters.
