The NOVAMIX Mixer Granulator is used intensively in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
The high energy that is transmitted to the product by the combined action of the impeller and chopper blades, allows the granulation process to be carried out in a very short time.

The tulip-shaped housing and an innovative breaker system ensure a consistent homogeneous mix.
Specially designed blades break down agglomerates under controlled granulometry.

How NOVAMIX Works
The vessel and all moving parts inside are designed to ensure consistent granulation action, and a predictable homogeneous blend in a broad range of products. The tulip-shaped bowl assists in redistribution of unprocessed material. A special breaker ensures movement of elements to eliminate dead spots and ensure all material is blended thoroughly and granulated consistently.
